On a personal note...
I'm married to Shauna, who is a therapist, and we have two kids. As a pastor, I work with many different kinds of people to help them grow and develop spiritually. As a result of this perspective and experience, I see opportunities where others may only see problems.
Solving complex problems and making sure systems work well are two of my favorite things to do. My goal is to help you reach your full potential by bringing a perspective that will help you succeed.
